What is longlife oil?

Longlife motor oil is suitable for vehicles with DPF (particulate filter), among other things. Besides having a longer drain interval, Eurol longlife motor oil also has fuel-saving properties. Eurol has several products that can be used as longlife engine oils. Like our other engine oils, they offer excellent protection and reduced friction. Eurol produces long-life motor oil in-house and of course keeps a close eye on quality. Eurol Lubricants BV has been ISO 9001 certified since 1995.

Longlife oil 5W30

Eurol produces a wide range of motor oils with different viscosities including 5W-30 motor oil, but also the 5w-40 longlife motor oil. The viscosity indicates the thickness of the motor oil at a certain temperature. Read this knowledge article to learn more about viscosity.
