Bernhard ten Brinke wins Baja Portalegre 500
On Friday Ten Brinke finished P3 in the Super Special of 3.4 kilometers. The next stage on the program was under very difficult conditions, Ten Brinke recorded the third time with his Toyota Hilux from Overdrive Racing. The stage on Saturday, which consisted of two parts, was shortened to one special stage with a length of 79 kilometers due to the heavy rainfall. Ten Brinke finished on P2 in this flooded stage and that was enough to win the Baja Portalegre. Ten Brinke had to finish the stage with a flat tire for the last 18 kilometers
