Lubricating sliding parts and pin-bushing connections in loading cranes
Savings
Description of situation
In most cases, the lubrication of sliding parts is done with standard grease. Unlike oil, grease is not easily applied with a brush. This results in inefficient use of grease and sliding parts that operate stiffly, covered with dried out, contaminated grease. This can even lead to faster wear instead of better protection.

Solution
The solution is to apply our 103 grease to the sliding parts using an air pressure Spraygun. This grease can withstand very heavy loads and does not harden under any circumstances. It is therefore excellently suited for this method. A Spraygun is easy and quick to use, and allows for very precise application of the 103S grease. Your account manager can calculate the savings for the masts. A great example of where knowledge and technology come together. The company was already using the 103 grease for the pin-and-bushing connections, enhancing efficiency by using only one type of grease.
